**Submission Guidelines**

Submitted papers must represent original material that is not currently under review in any other conference or journal, and has not been previously published. Papers should be submitted through EAI ‘Confy’ system at Confy (http://confy.eai.eu/52336), and have to comply with the SPRINGER format Instructions and templates are available from Springer’s LNICST homepage (www.springer.com/lnicst).
All accepted papers will be published by Springer and made available through SpringerLink Digital Library. At least one author of accepted papers is required to present the paper and to register at the full registration rate.
